Welcome and thank you for visiting my page! Here you can follow and track my progress as I train for the Marine Corps Marathon on October 28.
A little bit about me:
I am an active duty Army Officer stationed at Fort Eustis, Va with the 689th Rapid Port Opening Element (RPOE). I graduated and commissioned from Lehigh University with a degree in Civil Engineering. I have been in the Army for about 2 years now.
While I have only been in the military for a short time, I have had the great pleasure to meet and work alongside some of the greatest people I will ever know. These men and women make up the 1% of Americans who sacrifice their lives to go above and beyond the call of duty to serve this great nation.
However their service does not come without sacrifice. Many of them have come home with injuries that make it extremely difficult for them to return to their lives. Luckily there is something we can all do to help repay these heroes.
Homes for our Troops is a 501(c)(3) organization that builds and donates specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post-9/11 Veterans, to enable them to rebuild their lives. These homes are donated to our troops at absolutely no cost to them.
While donating is extremely appreciated, it is not required. All that I ask is that you pay it forward by helping raise awareness. Together we can help make a difference. Thank you for your support.
